A New Beginning

Well... heres to new beginnings. I dont even know where to start. As you may or may not know... Dave and I have decided to divorce. Its really the best thing for all involved. I have been unhappy for years and since I'm not getting any younger... its time to make some changes. Some minor.. some extreme.

Divorce being one major change and the second is:

I am going to start taking better care of myself and that means... Losing weight. I will keep you posted on how that goes... wish me luck. I have started mall walking every morning with my neighbor Mellissa but I didnt stretch properly and now I have shin splints.. I think. So, I have to take the weekend off and do it right next week!!

I lost custody for Frack, our cat.... sad sad day!!! We still have Smoke (Katies cat) living with us til she goes away to college and can have him with her......

But Greg adopted an adorable puppy, Brooks from the Shelter.

Isnt he sweet? Hes such a good puppy!! Very active. Hes a Black Lab/????? mix. Hes potty training nicely but hes ALOT of work. Guess whos doing most of the work? Yep.. umemployed Mom. Good thing hes cute. Jared helps alot. Gregs gonna move back in next week and then he will be helping out alot more.
